To provide the student, with techniques, necessary
for the construction of axed brick arches, of a more
intricate design, requiring a higher degree of skill
in drawing and practice.
To provide the student, with the opportunity, to
acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and
techniques, in the construction of quoins at angles,
other than right angles, walls which are curved in
plan, short flights of brick steps, retaining walls.
