2 hours, mid-semester test consisting of:
Objective, short answer and problem solving
questions relating to project planning and
management techniques.
Case Study 1 (30%)
Based upon given project information produce a
project plan using estimating and scheduling and
charting techniques.
Case Study 2 (30%)
Based upon given specifications, produce either:
- a system disaster recovery plan in report format, or - a
written report detailing cost/benefit and risk analysis, together with
recommendations based upon evaluation of results obtained in the analysis.
