Description
The purpose of this module is to develop participants’ knowledge of the link between the fundamentals of economics and union activity in terms of representing the position of workers in maintaining equitable wage reward. It does this in the context of recent economic change and realignment of union activity ton meet these changes. The module also analyses the policy and objectives of key employer organisations in the area of industrial relations.
