This subject is a capstone unit

knowledge gained while studying the
various subjects of the Associate
Diploma course.

Students will be assessed in class on
their participation, as members of a
small group in the research and
presentation of two case studies
selected by them and agreed with their
tutor.
Internal Assessment
Will be at the discretion of the tutor,
taking into account of:
- Class response to the presentation.
- Professionalism of the study judged from a real estate
viewpoint.
- Appropriateness of the real estate techniques employed.
- Accuracy of the data used and the answers achieved.
- The general effort, demeanour and participation of the
group members.
These will be assessed against the fact
that this is one of the final units of
the Associate Diploma. Results will be
awarded on a simple Pass or Fail basis.
