To study the Finance Brokers' Control
Act in more detail and thereby create
an awareness and understanding of the
various provisions of the Act not
previously covered.
To provide students with the knowledge
and skills needed to successfully
discharge the duties and
responsibilities associated with the
management of mortgages.
To enable students to understand the
requirements and appropriate procedures
for operating a finance brokers'
office.
To provide students with additional practical knowledge considered necessary in
becoming a competent professional finance broker under the deregulated
Australian Financial System.
