To give learners knowledge of legal principles and concepts gained from legal
precedent and statutes in relation to Insurance, Principal and Agent and
Partnership Law topics of this course.
To give learners an understanding of law sufficient to define, list, explain,
describe, discuss, compare, contrast, distinguish and illustrate related
principles and concepts.
To enable learners to apply principles and concepts thus learnt, to solving
simulated business problems of relevant legal nature by use of class
discussion, lecturer prepared models and appropriate assignment materials.
