Description
To examine the factors affecting programme evaluation. Particular reference will be made to the structure of the organisation, its philosophy and mission, and tensions which may occur. After these factors have been considered the methods of selecting, using and devising appropriate data collection and evaluation methods suitable for use in a financial counselling setting will be discussed. The module will provide skills to enable the student to evaluate a specific programme which has been conducted within a financial counselling workplace.
