Description
This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge required for the safety and comfort of passengers and other crew members. You will learn how to prepare passengers for take-offs and landings as well as how to handle all types of emergencies, from evacuating passengers due to a fire on board an aircraft, to carrying out first aid.
