GENERAL NOTE

This training program is a representation of the qualification ICT20197 taken
from the Telecommunications Training Package which should be consulted for
full descriptions of requirements. ICT97 is accredited until 23/09/2000.

1. This qualification is the copyright of The Australian National Training
Authority. RTOs who wish
to deliver this qualification must be registered by their State
accrediting body.

2. Further information on this qualification is contained in the Training
Package available from Australian
Training Products Ltd., Tel: (03) 9630 9836.

3. Training programs that have an entry requirement of aggregated six
months of relevant cabling experience and contain the
following modules: ACA-CPR Training modules aligned to competency
standards.

4. Selection of the above units of competence takes into account the
prerequisites and training
pathways for the other training packages together with recommended
resource hours for delivery
whereby the underpinning skills and knowledge has been previously or
concurrently delivered.

This qualification was entered on to the CMS by the Central Metropolitan
College of TAFE on 15/09/99.

This qualification was updated by the Midland College of TAFE on 31/07/2001
to include the 'B' version and the additional
requirements.
