Plus a minimum age of 18 years with a full driver’s license is applied to persons wishing to enter this industry. Some may need to be over 20 years of age and have obtained a Heavy Rigid license if they are going to be operators of machinery.

This training program is a representation of the qualification code MNM30605 taken from the Metalliferous Mining Training Package MNM05 which should be consulted for full description of requirements. MNM05 is endorsed until 31 January 2008.
