This skill set will provide an introduction to serving customers in the hospitality industry. Students will gain skills and knowledge to implement personal hygiene practices to evade food contamination. They will learn how to identify and control food hazards to comply with Australian and New Zealand Food Standard Code. They will also obtain skills and knowledge requirements to sell or serve alcohol in licensed premises.
