2. Apply continuous improvement
  • 2.1 Continuous improvement tools and problem-solving techniques relevant to the process are identified and applied
  • 2.2 Proposed improvements to processes are trialled, monitored and evaluated
  • 2.3 Waste minimisation principles and processes are identified
  • 2.4 Recommendations are made according to workplace procedures
3. Monitor continuous improvement
  • 3.1 Continuous improvement requirements are monitored to ensure products and processes comply with workplace quality
  • 3.2 Workplace continuous improvement systems and processes are monitored on an ongoing basis to capitalise on identified opportunities
