1. Plan and prepare to implement the stockpile management plan
  • 1.1 Obtain, review and interpret site and transport arrangements, and geological and survey data relevant to management plan implementation
  • 1.2 Access, interpret and apply stockpiling operations documentation and confirm the work activity is compliant
  • 1.3 Identify team training needs and confirm required training is provided
2. Communicate and apply the stockpile management plan
  • 2.1 Communicate planned activities with stakeholders and confirm their support for the work activity
  • 2.2 Communicate planned activities to team members and others involved, and monitor safe, effective and efficient implementation
  • 2.3 Identify and acquire the resources required to implement management plan
  • 2.4 Apply and monitor the management plan according to site and job requirements and geological and survey data
  • 2.5 Prepare, analyse and present the stockpile management budget
3. Monitor and adjust stockpile management plan implementation
  • 3.1 Provide ongoing support and advice to team members and others involved according to site and job requirements
  • 3.2 Confirm records and reports are maintained and issued according to site and job requirements
  • 3.3 Monitor plan implementation against management parameters, strategies and budget
  • 3.4 Resolve anomalies in consultation with relevant stakeholders and issue instructions for adjustments to its implementation
