This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage deployment and administration of an enterprise messaging environment.It applies to individuals working as information and communications technology (ICT) professionals who configure and deploy software to supply mail, collaboration and messaging services in an enterprise environment.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
