2. Prepare and inspect materials and components
  • 2.1 Materials and components are visually inspected to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
  • 2.2 Defective materials and components are identified, tagged and isolated according to workplace procedures
  • 2.3 Materials are prepared, loaded, lined up and secured according to work instructions and workplace procedures
3. Process materials and components
  • 3.1 Materials and components are processed according to workplace instructions, procedures and work health and safety (WHS) requirements using recommended production sequences and tools and equipment
  • 3.2 Quality control methods and measures are identified and applied
  • 3.3 Materials and components are finished to workplace quality standards and specifications
  • 3.4 Work sheets and production documents are completed according to workplace procedures
