1. Plan and prepare the implementation of the inrush management plan
  • 1.1 Access, interpret and apply inrush management plan implementation documentation, and ensure the work activity is compliant
  • 1.2 Identify and communicate to the relevant persons roles and responsibilities, as specified in the inrush management system
  • 1.3 Identify, forecast, schedule and record resources required for the implementation of the inrush management system
  • 1.4 Identify training needs
2. Implement the inrush management plan
  • 2.1 Implement inrush hazard control procedures in accordance with the inrush management system
  • 2.2 Implement personnel safety measures and techniques in accordance with the inrush management system
