This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to lead digital supply chain implementation. It includes identifying digital supply chain capabilities and vision, leading digital supply chain implementation, building digital supply chain capabilities and reviewing and reporting on digital supply chain implementation.Harnessing technological hardware and software for real time operations will require supply chain organisations to revamp their processes and procedures.
