This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to study process data to determine process capability using statistical process control techniques.This unit applies to people responsible for establishing control charts and related sampling plans. It applies to individuals who take responsibility for their own work, and provide and communicate solutions to a range of predictable and sometimes unpredictable problems.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
