Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to use fabric colourisation techniques such as dyeing or printing to create new finishes for design effects. This unit applies to individuals working in design and production roles.No licensing or certification requirements exist at the time of publication. Relevant legislation, industry standards and codes of practice within Australia must be applied.

  • 2.2 Use colourisation techniques safely on fabrics
  • 2.3 Modify and experiment with techniques based on design requirements
