This unit describes the skills required to develop and implement catchment operational plans. This unit applies to workers with a specific responsibility for ensuring that storage catchment activities comply with organisational and statutory requirements. The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out. Organisational policies and procedures must be consulted and adhered to, particularly those related to WHS. Those undertaking this unit would work independently or in a team, however, the level of responsibility may vary according to the size, scope, location, and technical complexity of individual projects.
