upon the Federal Training Standards as specified in
the USL Code for the Marine Engine Driver (Motor)
Grade 1 Certificate.

To assist students prepare for the external Oral
Examination conducted by the statutory authority;
Department of Marine and Harbours.

Engineer Class 3 Certificate.
