GENERAL NOTES

The course is designed to be delivered as a full-time two semester program.
Part-time students will be able to access individual modules. Learning will
occur on and off-the-job. Off-the-job learning will occur in the college and
the community.

The Certificate of Employment Skills has been developed for learners who have

It is essential that lecturers and administrators demonstrate an understanding
of the social and educational requirements of the learners for whom the course
has been designed.

Lecturers in this program need a background in working with learners with a
disability or demonstrated ability to recognise and accommodate the learning
needs of the learners.

3 weeks work experience

- Semester 2: 17 weeks college-based program
