Description
This qualification is the next level after the Diploma in Business (Legal Studies) or the Diploma of Law Enforcement, which a student must have completed to progress into the Advanced Diploma. The Advanced Diploma will give students a wider appreciation of the various specialisations within the Legal Industry and cultivate an awareness of contemporary law-making processes and practices. It will also enable students to interpret and comply with those statutes that govern decision-making and policy formulation in various State and Federal Government Departments, private practice and various law enforcement agencies. This course will also assist students who are keen to pursue further study in law by giving a deeper understanding of the subject area.
