Description
The Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) qualifies individuals to apply specialised legal knowledge to a range of contexts in the legal industry. It enables individuals to undertake advanced skill in paralegal work, and to pathway into further learning.
Schedule
There are two streams in this qualification. Students completing the Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) will follow the Legal Studies Stream and students completing the Diploma of Criminal Justice will follow the Criminal Justice Practice Stream. Students complete one stream only.
1. Legal Studies Stream
Learners to complete all seven (7) core units listed below:
