State Implementation and Classification
Description
The aim of this course is to assist candidates enrolled in a vocational qualification to achieve and demonstrate vocational competencies by providing opportunities for them to develop, consolidate and apply a range of social, communication, mathematical, technological, cultural, cognitive and problem-solving skills required to develop competence in the workplace.
This course does not result in a separate qualification; the course is always co-delivered with a vocational qualification. The vocational qualification is the only qualification candidates enrolled in this course will receive.
Schedule
1. Elective modules
This course is designed to be delivered in an integrated manner, in a dual enrolment with a ‘parent’ vocational training course or Training Package qualification. All modules are elective. Any combination of modules may be selected. Course length may vary from 1 to 10 modules. The total number of hours is 250.
