Description
This program aims to provide young persons with the skills necessary for entry level into the retail industry and establish a career path.
The course will provide the learner with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to:
- identify the workplace practices in the retailing industry
- provide quality customer service
- apply effective selling techniques
- operate all point of sale equipment
- communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
