The purpose of this module is to provide competency-based training in effective
communication skills to research, and apply for suitable employment and
evaluate individual performance in the job application process.

Learners are dealing with routine, predictable tasks with few repeatable
steps. There is sufficient time to complete the tasks, they are regular and
involve dealing with people on a one to one basis or working within a group
with known participants.
