Description

To provide the necessary skills and knowledge in a variety of software applications used by clerical workers in a modern office environment. Supporting modules in hardware and networks are included in the course to provide the basic knowledge and skills in these areas.

Graduates will be able to use PC-based software applications and networks effectively and, to a limited extent, provide help and assistance to other clerical workers.

Learners that successfully complete this course meet the entry requirements for the Diploma of Information Systems.
