Description
To provide a structured but flexible trade skills training program that will:
- raise the learners' skills to apprenticeship/traineeship entry level in
various trades
- enhance the learner's general education
- promote self-esteem and develop confidence as preparation for
employment, further study or a more enriched family or community
involvement.
- enable learners to overcome any previous negative educational
experiences and to exercise choice and decision making about their
goals.
