The purpose of this module is to provide competency-based training in
communication skills to write simple work-related documents.

Participants are dealing with routine, predictable tasks with few repeatable
steps. There is sufficient time to complete the tasks. The tasks are routine
and involve dealing with people on a one to one basis or working within a group
with known participants.

On successful completion of this module, the participant will be able to employ
effective writing skills and strategies to write simple workplace documents.
