Description
To provide quality education and training for learners through a structured program that aims to equip the learner with sufficient skills and knowledge to take charge of a commercial vessel of less than 12 metres in length operating within the limits of Sheltered and Inshore Waters as defined by the USL Code, ie. within 15 nautical miles of the coast.
