Description
This course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to enable them to facilitate the development and maintenance of processes which deliver quality products and services and to contribute to the development of ownership and commitment to quality with individuals and teams.
In addition to the skills incorporated within the Certificate I in Quality Management, learners will develop skills to enable them to:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards for products, services and processes;
Advise and support individuals and teams on working environments and processes which allow people to function effectively;
Advise and support individuals and teams on implementing plans to maintain and improve quality standards;
