Range of Variables
The module provides for delivery on-the-job and off-the-job, in a variety of
modes, including classroom based, teleconferencing and interactive video.
In this module teachers/trainers/deliverers should consider organising small
group rooms for simultaneous assessment of several participants. This would
require a method of recording the assessment activity, eg video recording.
Strategies should be selected to reflect the nature of the learning outcomes
and the needs of the participants. They should include experiential learning
of structured meetings. NO attention should be paid to formal procedures (eg
points of order, procedural motions) as this is outside the scope of this
module.
