Description
This course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to enable them to support and enable continuous improvements in the quality of products, services and processes.
Learners will develop specific skills to apply the evaluation of information relating to the quality of products, services and processes for their continuing suitability and effectiveness, and to identify ways in which products, services and processes may be improved.
Additional skill development will occur through the broad-based communication modules. This course may be 74 hours in duration depending on selection of modules.
