This course provides participants with a thorough grounding in environmental science; specialised skills and knowledge in at least two stream areas and a range of broad-based, technical and practical skills in field work through a practical, hands-on delivery approach.

Pathways for participants are twofold:
1 Employment within the natural resource management industry at a technician/technical officer level.
2 Progression to a degree level course in a related field.

GENERAL NOTES

1. This course is the copyright of the Victorian Office of Training and
Further Education (OTFE). Training providers who wish to deliver this program
must obtain written approval from the OTFE (Manager, Accreditation Services, 2
Treasury Place, Melbourne) and be registered by their State accrediting body.
