Description
The purpose of this module is to enable the participants to gain the skills and
knowledge to research and evaluate property sales market conditions, and
implement procedures for developing and maintaining a sales business network.
Range of Variables
This module is designed on the assumption that most of the participants will
achieve the learning outcomes in the time specified.

The length of time taken to complete a module will vary, depending on factors
such as teaching methods used, knowledge and skills at entry and individual
participant’s abilities.

This module provides for delivery off-the-job with ample opportunity to
practice skills in the workplace, or delivery on-the-job.

Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore integration may be appropriate.

The integration of this module with other modules, for the purpose of delivery,
may reduce the nominal hours.
