Description
This module aims to provide learners with the opportunities to learn and
explore the differences and/or similarities between various cultural and
ethnic groups whilst making them aware and responsive to needs and expectations
of different cultural groups within the tourism industry.
The learners will be able to recognise and develop an understanding of a
culture other than their own and have detailed background information to help
them manage their experiences of this different culture.
