To provide students with the skills required to
produce men's casual clothing showing a high
standard of workmanship.
To enable students to become familiar with the
properties and handling qualities of men's wear
fabrics and trims including leather and suede trims,
and the construction techniques involved.

Students will be required to:
- prepare and submit a folio of samples of new techniques
learned during the course
- submit the following garments for assessment:
- a short-sleeved shirt combining different fabrics or
trimmings
- long casual trousers with side, hip and change pockets
- a casual jacket - (bomber or battle jacket type - not a
tailored jacket).
