Evidence Guide
Internal Assessment 100%
As the course is designed to both raise awareness
of, and to develop the students' interpersonal
skills in the workplace, progress cannot be measured
in the short term.
Regular in-class assessment of student progress in
meeting the objectives in Topics 1-6 will therefore
comprise 100% assessment.
Attendance and participation will be considered when
assessing students.
A follow-up workshop designed to discuss and assess
progress in meeting the objectives of the program
will be held at an appropriate time after the module
has been completed.
