Description
To provide the learner with an overview of
Occupational Health and Safety legislation and
with the skills and knowledge to undertake their
work in a safe manner.
Range of Variables
This module integrates theory and practice. An
emphasis on applying the theoretical principles
and processes in a simulated "on job" practical
situation is essential.
Evidence Guide
Knowledge Short answer questions (written, oral or graphic or multi
choice, paper or computer-based)

Practical Practical exercises which assesses the skills required of each
learning outcome, followed by a final practical exercise which assesses the
overall module purpose.

Learners must demonstrate competence in all
learning outcomes to the standard identified
within the assessment criteria.
