To provide participants with skills and knowledge to implement security
measures to prevent loss of merchandise, funds and profits in a retailing

Range of Variables
This module provides for delivery by a combination of on-the-job and
off-the-job training in a variety of modes.
Strategies should be selected to reflect the nature of the learning outcomes
and the needs of the participant.
Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore integration may be appropriate.
Problem-solving processes must be incorporated where appropriate in this module:
