By the completion of this subject the student should
be able to:

Demonstrate efficient customer service techniques,
till and credit card machine operation, pricing,
labelling and marking of stock, stock display
methods, processing documentation, receiving of
stock.

Explain the reasons for stock rotation and safe garden centre practices and a
clean and tidy working environment.

Suggest "add on" sales lines and solutions to
customers' problems.
