Continuous Assessment by Fieldwork Supervisor and College Lecturer
Organisation and implementation of an ongoing group activity - involves the
preparation of a needs analysis,
development of a recreational program, evaluation of program for clients with a
disability.
Preparation of a workable staff roster for the unit which covers 4 weeks.
Satisfactory performance in the day to day work of the unit and a demonstration
of ability to work as a member of a team.
Assessed on a pass/fail basis.
