Description
To develop the skills and knowledge of the
students in preparation, application of underbody
protection materials and anti-corrosion treatment.
Range of Variables
This module integrates theory and practice. An
emphasis on applying the theoretical principles
and processes in a simulated "on job" practical
situation is essential. to demonstrate the
preparation and application techniques when
using underbody protection and anti-corrosion
type products, learners must apply the
knowledge to practical tasks, practising and
developing the skills until competence is
achieved.
Evidence Guide
Learners must demonstrate competence in all
learning outcomes to the standard identified
within assessment criteria, while adhering to
state Occupational Health and Safety legislation
and Institute Policies and Regulations.
