To provide the learner with a knowledge of ethical responsibilities associated
with sound sales and marketing practice in a range of different cultural,
social, economic and business and commercial environments.

delivery in a structured occupationally safe and healthy learning environment
or by flexible delivery through external, mixed mode, technology or multi-media

Adaptation of this module for alternative delivery modes will require
additional learning resources for delivery and assessment which incorporate
case studies and practical applications of the principles and concepts outlined.
In whatever mode is selected for provision or access purposes, strategies
