This course is designed to provide individuals with language skills and intercultural knowledge to enable them to communicate routine information in social and workplace situations in a language other than English, both in Australia and overseas.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of 10297NAT Certificate II in Applied Language (Italian) (or equivalent) is an entry requirement for the Certificate III.
PACKAGING RULES:
Learners to complete four (4) units listed below. It is recommended the units are completed in the order shown below:
- CALOCS301 - Conduct routine oral communication for social purposes in a language other than English
- CALOCW302 - Conduct routine workplace oral communication in a language other than English
- CALRWS303 - Read and write routine documents for social purposes in a language other than English
- CALRWW304 - Read and write routine workplace documents in a language other than English
