Packaging Rules
To be awarded Certificate II in Aeroskills, competency must be demonstrated as below:Avionic Group: 11 units of competency (comprising of 7 mandatory core units, 3 specialist units from the Avionic Group and 1 additional elective unit taken from either the Mechanical Group or the Structures Group).
OR
Mechanical Group: 11 units of competency (comprising of 7 mandatory core units, 3 specialist units from the Mechanical Group and 1 additional elective unit taken from either the Avionic Group or the Structures Group).
OR
Structures Group: 10 units of competency (comprising 7 mandatory core units, 2 specialist units from the Structures Group and 1 additional elective unit taken from either the Avionic Group or the Mechanical Group).
Units must be chosen as specified under the conditions set out, while observing the pre-requisite requirements and packaging rules defined.

1. Core Units
To be awarded Certificate II level, the candidate must demonstrate competency in all seven of the mandatory core units

The Avionics Group consists of 11 units of competency (comprising of 7 mandatory core units, 3 specialist units from the Avionic Group and 1 additional elective unit taken from either the Mechanical Group or the Structures Group).
ONLY ONE SPECIALIST UNITS GROUP TO BE CHOSEN IN ADDITION TO THE MANDATORY CORE UNITS TO BE AWARDED THE CERTIFICATE II IN AEROSKILLS
