Learners undertaking the pre apprentice program must complete group 22 and are required to undertake a minimum structured workplace training (210 hours) as part of this program. The co-ordination and monitoring will be undertaken by the RTO, which will be funded for 130 hours. A Structured Training program outline (TPO) and a log book will be need to be completed as part of the Structured Workplace Training. Evidence of completing the required structured work placement must be presented when applying for the award.


This training program is representation of the qualification MEA20497 taken
from the Aeroskills Training Package MEA97 which should be consulted for the
full description of the requirements. MEA97 is accredited until 28/12/2001.

3. This qualification was entered on to the CMS by Midland College of TAFE on
the 4th of July 2001. This qualification was modified by METS CSSN at SWAN TAFE. Group 13 by the addition of NAA40 and the general notes updated. Group 17 was modified on the 9/04/03 to remove NAA44 and replace with NAA45.
