Learners are required to complete 8 units for the qualifications.

A minimum of 5 units from the Human Resources domain at Diploma level.

And 3 units from the Business Services Training Package or any other endorsed Training Package, of which a minimum of 2 units must be from a qualification at Diploma level; 1 unit maybe included from a lower or higher level in this qualification.

Units from other Training Packages must not duplicate units selected from the Business Services Training Package.
