A total of 8 units must be completed, consisting of: 4 Core units, 3 Seafood Processing Specialist units (Group B), and 1 Elective unit that may be selected from a combination of Group B seafood processing units, Group E electives, Certificate I in Seafood Industry (other streams), Certificate II in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing) and Certificate I level from this or any other Training package. Unit must be relevant to workplace needs.
